What a big move from renter to buyer…  Is it worth it?  In today’s market I would say absolutely.  With the going rent for our area being the same as a monthly mortgage payment you should at least look into it.

  • No more asking permission to paint or change the flooring.  Now it’s yours you can do as you would like. 
  • Why pay your landlord’s home off when you could be paying off your own home.
